The Maurizia farmhouse is located in the municipality of Bagnoregio,
at an altitude of 480 meters above sea level It covers an area of
54 hectares and is characterised by the typical landscape of central Italy
composed of oak woods and grassy hills as far as the eye can see.
All around it is an abundance of nature and colours in which the farmhouse is
immersed in an environment that is frozen in time.

Italian tradition is also found in the crops, ranging from grain to hay meadows,
pastures, as well as walnut and hazelnut trees, chestnut trees and the typical
olive trees. There is also a small ranch with horses and donkeys and small farm
animals which make it a unique environment suitable for children, families and
those seeking tranquillity and relaxation.

In addition, the farm aims to complete environmental and energy sustainability.
In fact, the agricultural structures has been installed a rooftop photovoltaic
technologies capable of producing the energy needed for the farm, orchard
irrigation and other uses.

because they are fully integrated in the roof and give the farm a pleasant
visual impact
